Outlook - Attachment Won't Open

Our email system checks for viruses, malware and such, so you might see this message on the attachment:

However, it may delay way too long sometimes (like hours or over a day). You can try to speed things up with this trick:

1. Open the email with the file that says "Safe Attachment Scan in Progress"
2. Forward it to yourself
3. You will receive the "Safe Attachment Scan in Progress" message again, but this time it might send you the original very quickly.
