iPhone Mobiles
1- Go to Settings > Passwords and Accounts
2- Tap on your account
3- Tap on Delete Account > Delete from this phone
4- Go back to Password and Accounts > Add Account
5- Select O365 (if available) or Exchange
6- Fill in the box with your USERNAME@sccu.com.au and a description (SCCU)
7- Tap on Sign In > sign in (watch for the VIP push)
8- Once it signs in > Tap Save
9- Restart the mobile and you should be good to go.
Android Mobiles
1- Open Outlook > tap OK if there is an error
2- DO NOT LOGIN > tap the back arrow (top left)
3- Tap the Outlook logo > Settings (bottom left cog)
4- Tap your SCCU account > Tap Delete Account (bottom) > Select Delete from this device > Tap Delete
5- Tap + ADD EMAIL ACCOUNT > Add an email account > Skip These Accounts (if any)
6- Enter your USERNAME@sccu.com.au > Tap Continue > sign in (watch for the VIP push)
7- Restart the mobile and you should be good to go
