PLEASE login daily and use the program it would really assist with a greater network communications
Vonage APP on Mobile
-Go into Play store (Android), or App store (Apple)
-Download and install Vonage Business Communications
-Open the App
-On the app login screen scroll down and select ‘Single Sign On’
-Enter your email address to sign in
-Follow the prompts on screen to enter your Windows password and a VIP Access code
-Make sure you give the app permissions to microphone and address book when it asks
-When you want to make a call click the purple + button
-On the Keypad screen click the address book button in the top right. You can search for SCCU staff and call them from here.
-That’s it! The app will run in the background so you can receive calls to your Vonage number
- Usernames/Passwords:
Please use your SCCU email address and single sign on (no Password required) for non FSC staff
- Calling the Customer Service Centre Team
Unfortunately you won’t be able to call the girls individually/directly – however in your Vonage contact address book is a contact called LINK TO VCCC EXT 7777 this will call the customer service team
- Some staff members have their direct dial in numbers added to their email signatures (list below on who that will be)
- "Hunt" Groups have been created so you can call the extension and it will look for any user in that group
