If a customer hasn't been receiving our SMS or calls, they might have previously blocked our number on their phone. Here's how to unblock the number.
On iPhones
1- Tap Settings > Phone
2- Tap Blocked Contacts (on older versions of the OS, tap Call Blocking & Identification)
3- In the Blocked Contacts list > Swipe right to left across the number > Tap Unblock
On Android
1- Open the Phone App
2- Tap the ellipsis (...) at the top > Settings (cog icon) > Block Numbers
3- Find SCCU number in the list and tap on the "minus" symbol next to it
