Headset / Microphone not working

Contact Center Headsets

 

1- Put it back on the base and check if the blue light comes on after a few seconds

2- Check the white lights on the base, they're the headset charge gauge - if all 3 are off, please charge your headset

3- Restart the base by unplugging it from the power for a few seconds

4- Sign out / back into SalesForce

5- If Omni Chat starts and connects but you can't hear people (or vice-versa), please click on the volume button next to the clock, then the ^ arrow up, then change the playback device

 

 

6- Restart your computer

 

If nothing works, please open an Urgent ticket and send the ITAdmin a Teams message

  

Bluetooth headset

 

1- Check if the headset is charged

2 a) Unplug/plug dongle back in or;

2 b) If there's no dongle, disconnect the bluetooth device from the computer and pair it back up

3- Right click on Vonage icon next to the clock > Quit Vonage Business, then restart it

 

 

4- On Vonage, click on your name (top-left) > Settings

 

 

5- Click on Audio and set all options as System Default

 

 

6- Click on the volume button next to the clock, then the ^ arrow up, then try different playback devices

 

 

If nothing works, please open a ticket.
