CashInsight - Transaction Report Error

CashInsight will occasionally present an error when making a transaction report at the end of the workday. 


How does it happen?

After inputting the Start Time for the report, as soon as you click anywhere else, you'll get this error.



Fatal error 3: unexpected token: , near line 1, column 91 [from com.lutzwolf.tyche.database.PhysicalDevices p where is_coin = 0 and id in (15,3,6,5,,16,2,14) order by device_name]


How to fix this?


1- Input the END TIME first

2- Input the Start Time and press ENTER (if you use the mouse it will crash again)



NOTE: The IT Dept have already opened a ticket with Glory in this regard, but this is a quick workaround for now.
