Your quarantined emails, including shared mailboxes, are in Managed Bookmarks on Google Chrome

1- Open Google Chrome
2- Click on Managed Bookmarks
3- Click on Quarantined Emails
Actioning a Quarantined Email
Select the email(s) that you would like to action and click on:
1 – Release to release false positive spam
2 – Request Release to request the IT team to investigate and release highly suspicious spam
3 – Delete Message to delete it from Quarantine and not allow it to be sent to you
4 – Preview Message to see the contents in a safe way (no links or files are shown)
5 – Block Sender to block the sender from sending you emails
Actioning Shared Mailboxes
You can narrow down the list by using the filter.
And fill the ‘Recipient address’ with the email you want to narrow this down to.
You’re then able to release messages from the list provided.
