There are several ways to create a Teams meeting. Here are two.
FIRST METHOD
1- On Teams, click on Calendar (on the left panel)
2- Click on the date/time you desire for the meeting (it can be adjusted later)
3- In the new window, fill in the meeting details:
a. Title
b. Add required attendees
c. Check date/time
d. Repetition
e. SKIP CHANNEL
f. SKIP LOCATION
g. Write a message (optional – if you don’t, a default one is sent)
4- Click on Save
Note that as Teams and Outlook are connected, the invitation you just sent will be in your Sent folder in Outlook.
SECOND METHOD
1- Open Outlook > Calendar
2- Click on New Teams Meeting
3- Follow Steps 3 and 4 above
